These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of services provided by Professional Maids. By using our website, making a booking, or receiving our services, you agree to abide by the following terms.

1. Services

Professional Maids offers on-demand cleaning and maid services across Dubai. Availability is subject to confirmation, and service quality is maintained through trained professionals.

2. Booking and Payment Terms

• All bookings must be confirmed via website, phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Full or partial payment is required before service commencement, depending on the booking method.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate address and contact information.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure clear and safe access to the premises during the scheduled service time.
• Provide any specific instructions or requirements in advance.
• Treat service professionals with respect and courtesy.

4. Liability

Professional Maids is not liable for:

• Damage to items not disclosed as fragile or sensitive
• Losses due to client's failure to secure valuables
• Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances like weather or traffic

5. No Response Policy

• If the client fails to respond to communication attempts for over 7 days, the project may be put on hold.
• After 14 days of non-response, services may be terminated without refund.

6. Staff Behavior and Reporting

All our staff are trained and vetted. If you face any issue related to service quality or staff behavior, you must report it within 12 hours of service completion via email or WhatsApp.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on the Professional Maids website are owned by us and may not be reproduced without written consent.

8. Publicity and Communication

By using our services, you agree to receive communication via WhatsApp, email, and calls. Unless informed otherwise in writing, you grant us permission to feature anonymized feedback or service-related images on our social media and marketing materials.

Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe option provided.

9. Changes to Terms

Professional Maids reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued usage of our services constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be settled under UAE jurisdiction.
